VIA TRAVEL is an independent visa services business based in Mississauga, Ontario. This notice covers inquiries sent through the contact form on this website.
Information you provide
When you submit an inquiry, you provide your name, email address, visa service category, message, and optionally your phone number. Please do not include passport numbers, copies of passports, birth dates, banking or payment information, or other sensitive documents in your message.
How we use the information
VIA TRAVEL uses these details to review and respond to your inquiry and communicate with you about your requested services. Submitting an inquiry does not enroll you in a marketing mailing list.
Third-party email delivery
Our website uses FormSubmit, a third-party form processing service, to deliver your submission by email to shady@viatravel.ca. That provider processes the fields you submit and states that it retains form submissions for 30 days. Email copies received by VIA TRAVEL are retained as needed to respond to requests and manage business records. Data handled by the provider may be processed outside Canada.
